Hyundai Electronics has signed contract with the leading Bangladeshi electronics product manufacturer, Walton, for importing Refrigerator and Air Conditioner through their partner Goldenarch Consumer Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Based on the contract, Walton will supply 100k refrigerators and 20k residential air conditioners for Hyundai brand as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Indian market.
The MoU was signed on Monday (19 August 2019) at Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. in Chandra of Gazipur. Edward Kim, President of International Business Unit (IBU) of Walton Group and Mr. Abhishek Malpani, Director and COO of Hyundai Electronics India has signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
