The local electronics company ‘Walton’ introduced a new model of LED television with 20-inch HD (High Definition) display in the local television market. The local brand for the first time in the country’s LED market released the 20-inch LED television. Both the buyers and the sellers named it as Walton ‘Boom Box’ for its unique feature like two sets of Dolby sound box each in the left and the right sides of this TV, says a press release.
The Walton officials said they for the first time brought 20-inch LED television with Dolby Sound boxes in the local market in last month. They set the price of this new LED TV at Tk12,500. Application of world’s latest technology, reasonable price, world-class quality, HD display, Dolby sound boxes in the left and right sides of the television, conditional six months replacement warranty, two years service warranty on panel and spare parts of the television are resulted in gaining huge popularity among the customers.
In terms of buying television, customers’ choice has been changed in the current year, the officials said adding, and most of the customers are now buying LED TV instead of CRT televisions.
Fakhrul Islam Khan, Boom Box model manager and assistant director of Walton Group, said they are producing Boom Box television with world’s latest technology under their own quality control system. IPS (In-Plan Switching), ADS and HADS technology based panels are used in their produced LED TVs, which are resulted in giving wide viewing angles nearly 170-178-degree angles and high contrast pictures to the viewers. They also added power surge protection and induced lightening protection circuits on the motherboard of Boom Box TV to protect it from the damage of thunderbolt.
