Home appliance company Walton has announced eight years replacement guarantee on the compressors of its intelligent inverter air conditioners for domestic users. Besides, commercial users will get three years replacement guarantees on compressors, said a press release on Wednesday.
Earlier, the replacement guarantees were 3 years for domestic users while 2 years for commercial users. ACs, which were purchased from the beginning of the year, will come under the upgraded guarantee facilities.
The Walton authorities made the announcement at a declaration programme held at its media office in the city on Thursday.
Eva Rezwana, Chief Coordinator of Walton marketing, Humayun Kabir, Executive Director (PR & Media), Engr. Abdul Malek Sikder, Senior Deputy Operative Director (In charge of Refrigeration-Electronics), Anisur Rahman Mollick, First Senior Additional Director (Refrigerator & AC Service Development), Engr. Sondip Biswas, Deputy Director, Engr. Azmal Ferdous, Additional Director were among other top officials present at the declaration programme.
