Walton has taken massive initiatives to ensure world-class and smooth after sales services for the users of Walton brand products.
The initiatives are: expansion of the service points, bringing the service management system under full automation, providing adequate trainings to the technicians on information technology through online television, video tutorial to improve their work skill.
The officials concerned of the service points across the country are also instructed to deliver quick post sales services maintaining highest standard.
As Walton is exporting quality products in different countries, a team of about one hundred highly skilled engineers is formed to provide sound after sales services to the clients of the importing countries. Now, the engineers are taking necessary trainings.
The WSMS authorities said they are delivering highest standard post sales services to their clients. They have highly focused on ensuring quick and best services.
To bring the after sales services within the customers’ reach, a total of 60 service points are running across the country. In addition, the post-sales services are also available in about 220 Walton Plaza. The process of opening new service points is also going on. Besides, the WSMS has a call center and customer care executives to provide post sales services. These facilities help Walton deliver best after sales services to the clients within three days usually.
At present, more than 1500 highly skilled and experienced engineers and technicians are engaged in the service points of Walton.
It was learnt that only Walton has such number of service points and also an ISO certified service management system in the country’s electronics, electrical and automobile sector. Walton brand has turned into the customers’ top choice for its quick and satisfactory post sales services.
Md Neamul Haque, senior deputy director of Walton Group and also head of WSMS, said the prime goal of the company is to gain the customers’ faith. To reach the goal, the company is continuously releasing world-class products and also delivering quick and best post sales services.
Shah Mohammed Imtiaz, deputy director of Walton Group and also monitoring chief of WSMS, said the Walton service points are equipped with advanced technologies and machinery, adequate stock of brand new spare parts, and a large number of highly meritorious, trained, experienced and dedicated engineers and technicians.
In the current month, four service centers are opened in Sylhet, Barisal, Gopalganj and Dhaka, he said adding, they have now eight cell phone service points across the country, which would be increased to 15 for the increase of mobile phone sales of Walton.
Imtiaz also informed that they have set up 60 service points in a total of 42 district towns till date, of which 10 points are in Dhaka.
The local company has a plan of bringing the country’s all district towns under the network of its post sales services, he said adding, they will set up more service centers in those areas where Walton brand products have huge demands.
In addition, the users of Walton brand products can also informed about any problems through making a phone call to 16267, he said.
The WSMS monitoring chief also pointed out that they are going to start the operation of Mobile Service Centers with the aim of delivering quick post sales services to the clients of remote areas.
Adequate number of engineers, technicians, spare parts and machinery will be available in the vehicles of Mobile Service Centers, he added.
