Walton Group signed an agreement with Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) at the conference room of BFF House on Sunday. Head of Sports and Welfare Department of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn signed the deal with Chairperson of the Women’s Wing of BFF Mahfuza Akter Kiron.
According to the deal, Walton Group has sponsored the sports gear of Bangladesh National Women’s Football team, which will play in the upcoming Women’s Development Football Festival in Singapore. Hosts Singapore, Malaysia and Bangladesh will take part in the festival. Bangladesh will play two FIFA friendly matches against Singapore and Malaysia. Bangladesh team will leave the city for Singapore on February 15 and will return home on February 19.
Singapore Football Association will provide the accommodation and will bear the meal charge of Bangladesh team during the festival.
BFF will bear the expenditure of the air tickets of Bangladesh team.
