Walton Group accorded a reception to the members of Bangladesh National Under-15 Women’s Football team at the conference room of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) House on Thursday as the Team emerged as the champions of the Jockey Club Girls International Youth Invitational Football Tournament in Hong Kong recently. At the BFF House, a press briefing was also held.
Senior Operative Director (Head of Sports & Games Department) of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn, General Secretary of BFF Md Abu Nayeem Shohag, Chairperson of the Women’s Football Committee of BFF Mahfuza Akter Kiron, Head Coach of Bangladesh National Under-15 Women’s Football team Golam Rabbani Choton, Team Manager of Bangladesh National Under-15 Women’s Football team Amirul Islam, Technical & Strategic Director of BFF Paul Thomas Smalley and the players of Bangladesh National Under-15 Women’s Football team were present at the reception programme.
Walton Group awarded the members of Bangladesh National Under-15 Women’s Football team with home appliance of Walton.
Kiron said, ” Our girls fulfilled our expectation. I am giving thanks to Walton Group for their co-operation with us.”
FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn said, ” Walton will be with BFF always. There will be six tournaments for women in future. We will be with BFF. I hope the Team will achieve more laurels in future. We are grateful to Golam Rabbani Choton and Assistant Coach Mahbubur Rahman Litu for their contribution.”
Golam Rabbani Choton said, ” My girls are physically more fit than their opponents. My girls dominated over their opponents as their fitness, skill and stamina were too good than the members of their counterparts. We won the SAFF Under-15 Women’s Championship December last. We earned victory in the ASEAN zone. Our next target is to play in the World Cup Qualifiers.”
