The country’s electronics giant Walton has been honoured with ‘IFIC Bank-Samakal Business Award-2018’ for its outstanding contribution to the country’s national economy in terms of booming large scale manufacturing industry, generating huge employment, making skilled workforce, performing various sorts of social welfare activities as part of corporate social responsibility etc.
The local brand were received the award under the best large-scale industry entrepreneur of the year. Along with Walton, three more entrepreneurs were awarded with best female entrepreneur of the year, emerging youth entrepreneur of the year and best SME entrepreneur of the year.
