Walton, the country’s leading brand of electronic products, has extended its replacement guarantee for LED television panels from two years to four years. Walton authorities said, they made the declaration after being hundred percent confident of the quality of their products and customers satisfaction, says a press release.
The new replacement facilities would be applicable from March 2 of the current year. Customers who will buy a Walton brand LED or Smart TV from 32-inch and above sizes will get free replacement of the panel of the device if any problem found on panel within four years of purchase.
The official announcement of the guarantee was given on Sunday (March 3, 2019) at a declaration program at the conference hall of Walton Corporate Office in city’s Bashundhara R/A.
Walton Group’s Executive Directors Eva Rezwana, Amdadul Hoque Sarker, S.M. Zahid Hasan and Md. Rayhan, International Business Unit (IBU) President Edward Kim, Deputy Executive Directors Shahjada Salim and Firoj Alam were among others present.
Walton authorities said along with 4-year panel guarantee, customers will enjoy six-month replacement warranty and five-year free after sales service.
In addition, Walton authorities informed that they have installed latest state-of-the-art technology and machineries in their Gazipur factory with huge investment to ensure highest quality of their products. The Bangladeshi manufacturer also established country’s largest television research and development department with highly qualified engineers who are working on the advancement of Walton televisions for which they declared four years guarantee for panels.
