A Rohingya woman died as wall fell on her at a Rohingya camp in Ukhia of Cox’s Bazar. The incident took place at Block-D of Ukhia Kutupalong No. 2 camp at around 9:30am on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Mustafa Khatun 60, wife of late Abu Bakar.
Mohammad Nur, Secretary of Ukhia Kutuplang unregistered camp, said that the woman was killed as a wall collapsed on her due to heavy rains on Thursday night.Ukhiya Police Station OC Md. Abul Khair said, Mostafa Khatun was seriously injured when the wall of the camp fell down on Thursday night due to heavy rains.
