Md Abdul Wadud has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of City Bank Limited recently, says a press release.
Earlier he was senior executive vice president & head of credit risk management at the same bank.
Wadud did his MSc in statistics from Jahangirnagar University and also completed MBA from Victoria University, Australia. He is a Diploma Associate of the Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh (DAIBB).
He started his career as management trainee of Eastern Bank Limited in 1996. Later he worked as branch manager, unit head corporate banking and head of syndication in EBL and head of credit risk management at city bank in 2011.
