The Vice President of the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (Ducsu), Nurul Haque Nur was again attacked at Galachipa area of Patuakhali on Wednesday noon.
Some miscreants reportedly attacked Nur at Setu Ulania area of the upazila when he was traveling to his maternal aunt’s house, while another 25 associates were also injured. And 10 bikes which were used for Nur’s protocol were also vandalized.
Mohammad Ullah Madhu, maternal cousin of Nur said, “a group of ‘terrorist’ attacked suddenly over the motorcade, when we were going to Dasmina (my home) from Galachipa. After the attack, Nur was rescued immediately and undergoing treatment as he has lost his sense after becoming injured severely. The associates of Nur were confined by the suspects.”
