MP Mahmud Us Samad Chawdhury on Tuesday called upon the people to cast their votes for ‘Boat’ for continuation of development under leadership of Prime Minister Heikh Hasina.
‘If voted to power, the Awami League (AL)-led grand alliance government will work to build a developed ‘Sonar Bangla’ to be freed from hunger, poverty and discrimination as dreamt by Bangabandhu,’ he said.
He said this while talking to common people and addressing streets rallies in Paschim Gouripur, Dawanbazar union area of Balagonj upazila in the Sylhet district during her day-long public contact.
He said in last ten years the country witnessed huge development Bangladesh has graduated from the LDCs to the status of a developing country.
He urged people to strengthen the hands of Heikh Hasina by voting for ‘Boat’ in the December 30 general election to establish the dream of ‘Sonar Bangla’, dreamt by Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Heikh Mujibur Rahman.
‘If voted to power through the eleventh parliamentary election, we will implement more development projects in Balagonj upazila to turn the upazila into a specially advanced area in the country,’ he said.
Sylhet district, Dakshin Surma upazila AL, Jubolegue, SromikLegue and BCL leaders also attened the Rally.
