Vivo unveils ‘V9’ Smartphone in BD market

Vivo, a mobile company launched its new V9 Smartphone in Bangladesh market at a programee held at Le Meredien Hotel in Dhaka and officially declared its presence in this emerging Smartphone market, says a press release.
Featuring Vivo’s Full View™ display and 90pc screen-to-body ratio that delivers AI-powered perfect shots. The V9 is designed with the ultimate sleek and stylish smartphone that can take the “perfect shot” and provide the “perfect view” through the power of Al.
Vivo CEO Bangladesh Du Baohua told the audience ‘Love Bangladesh, Love Vivo’, while unveiling it’s latest smartphone model ‘V9’ in Bangladesh accompanied by Bangladeshi most popular actress Nusrat Faria, present Bnagladeshi young sensation Tawsif Mahbub, Sobnon Faria, Vivo global team on stage and in the presence of country’s leading media in guest on this colourful launching night.
The Vivo V9’s Al Face Beauty is trained using a comprehensive database of almost one million facial images. This allows the V9’s Alto detect the age, sex, skin texture and skin tone of the subject as well as the lighting environment. It can then apply enhancements in line with the preferences of local users. Other Al photography features include the new Al Selfie Lighting, which algorithm transforms the original 2D photo into a 3D model to process the light authentically and artistically, helping users create their masterpieces.
Beyond photography, the V9’s Al also ensures the best performance by optimizing and supporting the phone’s operations with the Al Smart Engine which prioritizes system resources according to user habits.
Vivo has improved on the previous generation’s facial unlocking technology with Al Face Access, which detects the reflection of natural skin and the subtle movements of the face to further reduce the possibility of unlocking when shown photos or videos. The V9’s Al Attention Sensing also recognizes when you’re looking at the phones to keep disruptions to a minimum by automatically reducing the volume of message alerts, incoming calls and alarms.
