The viva-voce of successful candidates of 2013-14 academic year for the first year first semester Honours courses examination tests under A unit (Science Faculty), B (Arts Faculty), C (Commerce faculty) and D (Social Science Faculty) unit of Jagannath University (JnU) will be held on January 31, said an university press release.
According to the press release, the interview of the students bearing roll numbers (as per merit list) from 01 to 6050 (Science) and 01 to 200 (others) under A unit, roll numbers 01 to 2240 (Humanities), 01 to 591 (Science) and 01 to 236 (Others) under B unit, roll numbers 01 to 1200 (Commerce), 01 to 104 (others) under C unit and roll numbers 01 to 950 (Humanities), 01 to 550 (Science), ) o1to 220 (others) under D unit will be held on the scheduled date on the respective faculty dean office from 9am to 4pm.
Moreover, the viva voce of all successful candidates under E unit (Fine and Arts Faculty) will be held on February 02 around 10am at the Old Business Studies Building of the university.
According to the system, the successful candidates will be given a choice form to fill up it and the students would get the confirmation about their subject at the same date.
After getting the confirmation about the subject the students should have to get them admitted on the respective subject within February 11.
The viva-voce exam will be stopped soon after the vacant seats are filled up. The admission seekers have been advised to bring necessary papers including admit cards and original mark sheets of SSC, HSC examinations.
