The vitamin ‘A’ plus campaign will be observed all over the country on January 19.
On the occasion the children from six months to five years will be administered Vitamin ‘A’ capsule in the nearby immunization centers countrywide from 8 am to 4 pm.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque will inaugurate the programme as the chief guest in the auditorium of Shishu Hospital in the city at 10 am on the day.
State Minister for Health and Family Welfare Murad Hasan will present in the programme as the special guest.
Secretary of Health Services Department of the Health Ministry Asadul Islam will preside over the inaugural function.
