National Nutrition Service (NNS) under the Health and Family Welfare Ministry will conduct National Vitamin ‘A’ Plus campaign from June 5 to June 8 next all over the country.
As part of this programme one lakh blue capsule will be administered to the children aged between 6-11 months and two lakh red capsule will be administered to the children aged between 12-59 months.
This programme will be conducted all EPI centers at municipality and city corporation areas all over the country from 8 am to 4 pm maintaining health rules.
Vitamin ‘A’ Plus capsule very helpful in resisting blindness and diarrhoea.
All the parents are requested to administer Vitamin ‘A’ Plus capsule to their children.
