VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club International, Discover and UnionPay International cardholders of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) and any other banks now can purchase air tickets from Cathay Pacific Airways through the bank’s POS (Point Of Sale) terminals. Ahsan Ullah Chowdhury, Head of Cards and Digital Banking of EBL and Ahmed Reza, Country Manager (Bangladesh and Bhutan) of the airways signed an agreement to this effect in the city recently. Top executives from both sides were also present.
