A view exchange meeting was held in Barisal on the need of treatment and the role of the media in preventing drug addiction. The meeting was organized by The New Life Drug Addiction and Mental Illness Center at 11am on Saturday. It was chaired by Golam Mortuza, Managing Director, The New Life and was attended by Paritosh Kumar Kund, Deputy Director, Barisal Drug Control Department as the Chief Guest.
Dr. Masud, Resident Physician, Department of Medicine, Barisal Ser-e Bangla Medical College Hospital was the Special Guest.
