To encourages root level women entrepreneurs a view exchange meeting between women entrepreneurs, banks and NBFIs along with open credit disbursement to Women Entrepreneurs was held at Seagull Hotel, Cox’s Bazar recently.
Dr. Atiur Rahman, Governor of Bangladesh Bank and Chief Guest along with other Bangladesh Bank’s officials of SMESPD Department, MD, DMD and other Head Office Officials and local officers of the all Banks/NBFIs of Cox’s Bazar, a huge number of women entrepreneurs and other guests were present at that program. After the introductory programmes and speech of the guests different Banks/NBFIs distributed loans to new women entrepreneurs.
In the program, M.s Dental Center, a proprietorship concern of Mrs. Jebunnesa Chowdhury was financed Tk 10.00 Lac by ONE Bank Limited, Cox’s Bazar Branch. Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman handed over a dummy cheque to Mrs. Jebunnesa Chowdhury.
