Veteran Indian filmmaker-screenwriter Basu Chatterjee has passed away at the age of 93 in Mumbai on Thursday, following long age-related complications.
Basu Chatterjee was best known for directing films like Choti Si Baat, Rajnigandha, Baaton Baaton Mein, Ek Ruka Hua Faisla, Hothat Brishti and Chameli Ki Shaadi, The Indian Express reported.
