Administrator of Chittagong Zila Parishad and General Secretary of Awami League , North district chapter M A Salam said a vested quarters is opposing the development activities of the present Govt observing the unexpected economic development of the country under the present govt. He was addressing the Iftar party at a community centre on Friday as chief guest. A social organization of Hathazari-Fatikchari students of Chittagong Univerwity ‘Nababak’ arranged the Iftar party.
In his address of chief guest said during the Awami league govt, country attains desired development but during the BNP regime , the country fell into corruption to the maximum extents.
Assiuming the development of the present govt, a vested quarters is opposing the Govt in several ways to damage the earned reputation of the govt from abroad. President of the Nababak Nurul Azim presided the Iftar Mahfil.
Among others, AL leaders and former legislator ATM Pearul Islam, President of Hathazari Upazils Sechchasebak League Hasan shahid, Upazila jubo league General Secretary Nazmul Huda Moni, Prof. Idris Meah, Prof. Safiful Islam, FF Sekandar Alam, were present on the occasion.
