Verdict of sensational Himu murder on July 28

The final verdict of the Himu murder case will be announced on July 28 next. Additional Metropolitan Session judge Nurul Islam Manik fixed the date of judgment in his order recently, court sources said.
Additional Metropolitan PP Adv Anupam Chakraborty told that rejecting the bail of accused Shah Alam tipu and Shahdat Hossain Saju were sent to jail.
Court sources said Himadri Majumder, a student of A-level class of a English medium school of Chittagong was killed by a number of youths felling from the rooftop of a building in Panchalaish residential area in city on April 27, 2012 after biting their pet dogs for his alleged protesting the drug business in the area.
The victim Himadri was died after 26 days of the incident in a Dhaka hospital . A murder case in connection was lodged by his uncle as plaintiff before the Panchalaish thana accusing Shah Alam Tipu, Junaid Ahmed, Shahdat Hossain Saju, Mahbub Ali Khan, and Jahidul Islam Shaon. Among the accused, Mahbub Ali Khan now in Jail custody, Shahdat Hossain Saju and Shah Alam were sent to jail custody rejecting t heir bail.
On the other hand, other accused Junaid Ahmed and Jahidul Islam Shaon are now absconding, court sources said.
