The Fourth Special Judge’s Court of Dhaka yesterday once again deferred the delivery of the verdict in a case filed against former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha and 10 others on the charge of laundering Tk 40 million.
Judge Shaikh Nazmul Alam of the court fixed November 9 as the next date for delivering the verdict on Thursday.
Earlier, on September 14, Judge Shaikh Nazmul Alam fixed a date after completion of the arguments in the case. Later, it was deferred.
