Muggers shot SAU teacher, Tk 7.8 lakh snatched in city

Staff Reporter :Muggers shot and injured a teacher of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University and snatched away Tk 7.80 lakh from him at Mohammadpur in the city on Thursday.The victim was identified as Parimal Kanti Biswas, a teacher of Agronomy department. He was admitted to Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital with bullet injury in the left leg.
