A Dhaka court yesterday (Thursday) framed charges against BNP leaders Amanullah Aman, Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel and Nazimuddin Hossain in a case filed against them on charge of vandalism and obstructing police from discharging their duties.
Metropolitan Magistrate Ataul Haque passed the order on Thursday. The court fixed December 11 for recording the deposition of the witnesses.
On December 18 in 2010, SI Tofazzal Hossain filed the case with Airport Police Station, against BNP
Joint-Secretary General Amanullah Aman, Swechchhasebak Dal President Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel and BNP International Affairs Secrtary Nazimuddin Alam.
The case statement says that the accused BNP leaders attacked police and obstructed them from discharging their duties.
