Bangladesh Navy will take on Sonali Bank in the battle of final of the Victory Day Hockey competition scheduled to be held today (Thursday) at Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium. The match kicks off at 5.45 pm. State Minister for Youth and Sports Zahid Ahsan Russell is expected to present in the final as the chief guest and distribute the prizes. Earlier, Bangladesh Navy emerged as the group champions with 13 points while Sonali Bank finished as group runners-up with 12 points.
