Uzbekistan Ambassador based in New Delhi Farhod Arziev Saturday said his country is very much interested in boosting trade relations with Bangladesh.
“My country is highly keen to develop the bilateral trade relation with Bangladesh. I am emphasizing on utilizing probable ways to expand the trade between two brotherly nations,” he said this while meeting with Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) President M Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin at his office in the city.
Farhod Arziev said the existing trade might be diversified through active steps by the business community of both the countries.
Among others, FBCCI Senior Vice President Sheikh F Fahim and Vice President M Muntakim Ashraf took part in the discussion.
Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin said FBCCI along with its member bodies are working with the government to ensure business-friendly environment in the country.
