Usha Krira Chakra and Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club recorded wins in their respective matches of the Marcel Club Cup Hockey Competition on Tuesday.
In the day’s first match, Usha Krira Chakra blanked Ajax SC by 5-0 goals at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Niloy of Usha Krira Chakra scored two goals and his teammates Mimo, Mithun, Mahbub successfully struck one time each on the board.
In the day’s second match, Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club drubbed Sadharan Bima Krira Sangha by nine goals to nil at the same venue.
Ashraful, Rimon, Chayan of Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club scored two goals each and their teammates Mainul, Tapu, Dambo netted one goal each.
Today Dhaka Abahani Limited will face Bangladesh SC at 2.30 pm while Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited will take on Wari Club at 4.15 pm at the same venue.
