League leaders Usha Krira Chakra made a 1-1 draw with title aspirants Dhaka Abahani Limited in the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Saturday.
Usha Krira Chakra led the points table securing 38 points from 14 matches while Abahani Limited earned 30 points from 13 matches.
Abahani led the first half 1-0.
Romman Sarkar of Abahani limited put his team ahead in the 14th minute of the play.
After the lemon-break, Aleem Belal of Usha Krira Chakra leveled the margin using a penalty corner in the 65th minute of the match.
Meanwhile, the match between Bangladesh Sporting Club and Dhaka Wanderers Club ended in a 2-2 draw at the same venue on the same day.
Bangladesh Sporting Club and Dhaka Wanderers Club earned 16 points each from their respective 14 matches.
Hamnot Singh, Seraj Ali of Bangladesh Sporting Club scored one goal each.
On the other hand, Sajib Hossain, Sarowar Morshed of Dhaka Wanderers Club netted one goal each.
