A three-member delegation led by LaVonn Schlegel, Executive Director of the Institute for International Business of Indiana University, USA called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique on Wednesday at the latter’s office of the university.
Other team members were Christine Davis, Director of Programs and Timothy L Smith, Director of International External Relations and Development Institute of the same university. Director of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of DU Prof Dr AKM Saiful Majid and Prof Dr Muhammad Z Mamun were present on the occasion.
During the meeting they discussed the possibilities of strengthening on-going collaborative academic and research programs jointly conducted by the University of Dhaka and the Indiana University, USA.
They also discussed the possibilities of introducing online classroom at Dhaka University in cooperation with the Indiana University, USA.
