Prof. Dr. Faruk Khan, Chairman of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research of Marshall University, USA called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today November 24, 2015 at the latter’s office of the university.
Chairman of the Department of Pharmacy of DU Prof. Dr. Sitesh Chandra Bachar and other faculty members were present on this occasion.
During the meeting they discussed various issues including development of Pharmacy education in Bangladesh.
They also discussed the possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs by the University of Dhaka and Marshall University, USA.
It may be mentioned that Professor Dr. Faruk Khan will deliver a lecture on ‘Promoting Reverse Engineering Technology in Bangladesh: An Aspect of Pharmaceutical Industry-Academia Collaboration” tomorrow November 25, 2015 at the conference room of CARS of the university. DU Pharmaceutical Technology Department will organize the program.
