The U.S. Embassy in Dhaka is accepting applications for the 2020 Global UGRAD Exchange Program. The Global UGRAD Exchange Programis a semester long, non-degree-conferring undergraduate exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.Application deadlinefor the 2020-2021 academic year is Tuesday December 31, 2019 , says a press release.
Global UGRAD aims to provide undergraduate student leaders with in-depth exposure to U.S. society, culture, and academic institutions through participation in substantive academic exchanges at colleges and universities across the United States. The2020 Global UGRAD program provides full scholarships to outstanding students for one semester of non-degree-conferring undergraduate study at accredited U.S. institutions during fall 2020 or spring 2021 semester. Successful Bangladeshi applicants will primarily be students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Bangladesh, and priority will be given to underrepresented and underserved applicants. Undergraduates studying in all academic fields of study are eligible.
