Two popular actors of present time Fs Nayeem and Urmila Srabonty Kar are working together in a drama serial titled Poradhin. They are acting as a pair in Shamima Akter Baby directed serial which is based on a family story.
Both Urmila and Nayeem have already taken part in shooting of several episodes. Producing by Mukta Dev noted cinematographer Anwar Hossain Bulu is working in camera direction in the serial, which will go on air soon, said its director Baby.
While talking about acting in the serial Nayeem told this correspondent, “Poradhin is a full-fledged family story based serial. Now family story based serial is not seen frequently. But viewers have interest to watch this. From that point of view Poradhin is that kind of serial. In the serial, I am living in that family where grandmother plays the key role. Saberi Alam is acting in role of that grandmother. It is really a nice story based serial which will be enjoyed by the viewers.”
Meanwhile, after returning country Nayeem took part in shooting of Topu Khan directed a play against Ishana Khan. Therefore, Nayeem acted serial Shesh Bhalo Jar has been finished to telecast on BTV recently. Now Nayeem acted and Nazrul Islam Raju directed serial Ghore Bairey is being aired on Maasranga TV. Outside the country he took part in shooting of five plays directed by Anjan Aich, Preetu Raj, Dipu Hazra and Rakesh Basu, Nayeem also said.
On the other hand, Urmila informed that recently she has finished shooting of an Eid play titled Bibaho Sankot against Shajal under Sumon Anwar-written story. With Shajal Urmila also acted in another play titled Bhashkorjo. She is also acting in Chayanika Chowdhury’s ongoing serial Nilronga Mon.
