Advocate Mosaddek Billah, a member of Dhaka Bar Association and lecturer of University of Development Alternative (UODA) left Dhaka for France on November 17 to take part in the 2015 World Forum For Democracy (WFD) “Freedom vs control. For a democratic response” organised by Youth Department of the Council of Europe.
The conference will be ended at the Council of Europe at Strasbourg in France today, which started on 18 November.
Youths from different countries have been selected by the Youth Department of the Council of Europe in order to ensure a strong youth participation during the Forum.
Mosaddek Billah will arrive on 22 November. He seeks blessings from all.
