Ambassador Masud Bin Momen, Permanent Representative of Bangladesh to the UN, said this at a Council meeting on Tuesday. The Kuwaiti Presidency of the Council organised the first open meeting of the year on the situation in Myanmar, said the Embassy on Wednesday.
