Unique Hotel approve 10pc cash dividend: Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited approved 10 percent cash dividend for its shareholders. The approval came out at its 19th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday through digital platform. Salina Ali, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the company chaired the meeting where Managing Director Mohd. Noor Ali, Audit committee chairman Kazi Mahmood Sattar, Independent Director Forkan Uddin, Nominated Directors Dr. Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, Md. Khaled Noor, Gazi Md. Shakhawat Hossain, Mohammad Golam Sarwar and Company Secretary Md. Sharif Hasan, Chief Financial Officer Jone Kumar Gupta, Head of internal Audit Mohammad Shirajul Islam and the high officials of the company were joined in the meeting, said a press release. A large number of shareholders joined in the meeting and approved the audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2020, Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report thereon.
