UNB, Gazipur :
Police recovered the body of an unidentified man from a paddy field in Mahish Bathan area of Kaliakair upazila on Monday afternoon.
Sub-inspector Sanowar Jahan of Kaliakair police station said locals spotted the body of the man, aged around 55, in the area at noon and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Tajuddin Ahmaed
Medical College Hospital in Gazipur.
Miscreants might have strangled the man sometime somewhere else and
left the body there, added SI Sanowar Jahan.
A case was filed in this connection.
