Under-8 Kids Rugby League begins today

The Diamond Melamine Under-8 Kids Rugby League begins today at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium.
Bangladesh Rugby Federation has arranged the rugby competition under auspices of Diamond Melamine Limited. Diamond Melamine Limited has given Taka one lakh to Bangladesh Rugby Federation to run the competition smoothly.
A total of six teams are taking part on the single league basis competition. The highest point taker team will be the champions of the league.
Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club, Agrabad Naujawan Club of Chattogram, Farashganj Sporting Club, Sylhet Hill Rugby Club, Victoria Sporting Club and Azad Sporting Club are competing in the rugby meet.
Marking the ensuing competition, a press conference was held at the conference room in the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Wednesday. General Secretary of Bangladesh Rugby Federation (BRF) Mousum Ali, Joint-Secretary of BRF Sayeed Ahmed, Managing Director of Diamond Melamine Limited Md Mokhter Hossain and Proprietor of Imperial Hotel Moshiur Rahman Sumon were present at the conference.
The competition will be concluded on June 4.
