University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) organised an orientation programme for freshers for its Fall intake on Saturday at the university’s auditorium located in Dhanmondi. The orientation consisted of mixed media and video presentations about ULAB’s mission, code of conduct, library, career services and other facilities. Prof HM Jahirul Haque, Vice Chancellor, ULAB delivered a speech to the newly enrolled students. An introduction to ULAB was presented by Professor Shamsad Mortuza, Pro Vice-Chancellor, ULAB. Among others, heads of all departments of ULAB also delivered their speech.
The program started with the ULAB theme song by ULAB Shangskriti Shangsad. Faculty members and admin members were present at the ceremony.
The program was coordinated jointly by ULAB Student Affairs Office and ULAB Communications Office.
