A teacher’s team from Sunderland, United Kingdom (UK) visited Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School at Pahartali, Chittagong under connecting classrooms project governed by British Council, Uk-Bangladesh on Tuesday.
Members of the team were Lesley Etherington, Coordinator, connecting classrooms, Karen Burgess, Jessica Earl nad Norman Holmes.
High officials of M M Ispahani Limited Engr. Mahbubul Alam, Chief Operating Officer, Pahartali Textile and Hosiery Mills, Dr Engr. Golam Mostafa, General Manager, Tea Blending and Packeting Factory, Showkat Sadek, Senior Manager (Admin), Pahartali Textile and Hosiery Mills were also present.
All the teachers and students welcomed the team cordially.
They visited the classes and observed classroom activities and also shared their culture, views and education system with the students and teachers. Headmaster S M Mojiabar Rahman thanked the guest for their visit.
