Mozaffar Hossain Paltu, Founder Chairman of Union Insurance Company Ltd (UICL), has been re-elected Chairman of the company unanimously while Mohammed Hasmat Ali re- elected as Vice-Chairman and Md Azizur Rahman re-elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee.
There were elected at a virtual board meeting of the company on Monday, according to a press release.
Beside of these Md Belayet Hossain elected as Chairman of Finance Committee, Murshed Murad Ibrahim elected as Chairman of the Claim Committee, Mohammad Faiz is elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee and M U A Quader elected as Chairman of NRC Committee.
According to the press release, the company organized its 20th Virtual Annual General Meeting on the day. In the meeting, shareholders express their satisfaction with the overall performance of the Company. Followed by the the AGM, the Board of Directors Meeting.
Other Directors, Shareholders and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Talukder Md. Zakaria Hossain were also present in the Meeting.
