Campus Report :University Grants Commission (UGC) held an orientation meeting with World Bank (WB) on the midterm review of additional financing of Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP) at UGC auditorium on Sunday. UGC Chairman Prof Abdul Mannan delivered the inaugural speech on the occasion as chief guest while UGC Member Prof Dr Mohammad Yousuf Ali Mollah moderated the programme. Consultants and respective programme officers of HEQEP presented the progress of component-wise activities. Prof Dr Dil Afroza Begum, Member, UGC, Prof Dr Md. Akhtar Hossain, Member, UGC, Prof Dr M. Shah Nowaz Ali, Member, UGC, Dr Gauranga Chandra Mohanta, ndc, Project Director (Additional Secretary), HEQEP, Dr Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Senior Operations Officer, World Bank and representatives from UGC, World Bank and Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project were present on the occasion.
