The University Grant Commission (UGC) has prepared the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) which provides guidance in ensuring steady and quality higher education in the country. Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) of the UGC under the leadership of Professor Sanjoy Kumar Adhikary has prepared the NQF for Bangladesh with holding extensive discussion with the stakeholders. The NQF is mainly prepared aimed at supporting the higher education system of a country.
The NQF was officially handed over to UGC Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan on Thursday for further actions.
UGC member and also in-charge of SPQA (Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance) Division, Dr Mohammad Yousuf Ali Mollah, was also present on the occasion.
