Chairman of University Grants Commission (UGC) Professor Dr A K Azad Chowdhury along with his wife Prof Dr Gulshan Ara Latifa left Dhaka on Wednesday for Saudi Arabia to perform the holy Hajj. They are expected to return home on October 10 at the end of performing the Hajj.
Prof Azad Chowdhury is a member of 10-member Hajj delegation led by Religious Affairs Minister Principal Matiur Rahman.
