Global Trade Leaders’ Club awarded United Commercial Bank Limited the ‘International Trophy for Quality’ at France on Tuesday.
The award was handed over to Managing Director of UCB Muhammed Ali by Recardo Rose Lopez, Secretary General of Global Trade Leaders’ Club with the presence of M Shahidul Islam, Ambassador of Bangladesh to France. Ambassadors of different countries, various foreign company executives and prominent business personalities were present at the award giving ceremony.
Global Trade Leaders’ Club with input from industry analysts, corporate executives and consultants selected the organizations for International Trophy for Quality.
Criteria for choosing the winners included growth in assets, profitability, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing and innovative products. And through all these parameters, United Commercial Bank Limited has been awarded with the ‘International Trophy for Quality’ especially for contribution in Export promotion.
Global Trade Leaders’ Club is an association of leading businesses, which gathers more than 7500 members from 95 different countries, all working in the sectors of production and services.
