United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Uttara Club Limited at the bank’s Corporate Office on Thursday.
M A Sabur, Chairman; Anisuzzaman Chowdhury, Vice Chairman and M. A. Hashem, Director of UCB graced the event as special guests.
Muhammed Ali, Managing Director of UCB, and Nasir U. Mahmood, President of Uttara Club, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under the terms of the MoU, Uttara Club members will enjoy exclusive privileges from the Bank’s priority banking division – UCB Imperial Banking.
Club members will get complimentary Imperial Banking facilities along with Platinum credit card with annual fee waiver, discounted rates for all Retail products and other facilities up on signing up for a transactional account under Imperial Banking.
Among others, Additional Managing Director of UCB M. Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director of UCB Mirza Mahmud Rafiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of UCB A. E. Abdul Muhaimen, Additional Managing Director of UCB Md. Tariqul Azam, Head of Imperial Banking Division & EVP of UCB Mohammad Shafiqur Rahman, Executive Committee Member of Uttara Club, Arshad Murshedi Hossain Piplu and Executive Committee Member of Uttara Club Engr. Md. Enamul Haque were also present at the signing ceremony.
