The 162nd branch of United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL)was opened on Sunday (20 November, at at Oxygen in Chittagong city. Saifuzzaman Chowdhury MP, State Minister for Ministry of Land, inaugurated the branch as Chief Guest, said a press release.
Among others Director of the bank Shabbir Ahmed, Bazal Ahmed and Managing Director of the bank Muhammed Ali and Deputy Managing Director Md Abdul Jabber Chowdhury along with other senior officials were present in the opening ceremony. Moreover local distinguished personalities also graced the event with their presence.
Saifuzzaman Chowdhury said, ‘A diversified and constant change is a common phenomenon in banking service; UCB is committed to provide best service adopting with this change.’
Managing Director of the bank Muhammed Ali stated, ‘UCB is firmly contributing as catalyst to the enhancement of entrepreneurship and everybody’s assistance is highly desired to broaden our service more.’
