United Arab Emirates will open three government services in Bangladesh to ease migration and other functions to get visa of that country.
Dubai based ‘OnTime Government Services’ has signed memorandum of understanding with Bangladeshi organizations separately on Tuesday.
The signing ceremony took place in UAE embassy in Dhaka.
Walid Bin Abdil Karim, CEO of OnTime Government Services, UAE, Mohammed Noor Ali, Managing Director of Unique Group and Mustafizur Rahman, Managing Director of RB Industries, signed separate MoU at UAE embassy in the city on Tuesday. Sayeed Mohammad Al Mehri, Ambassador of UAE, Selim Reza, Director General of BMET, Ahmed Munirus Salehin, Additional Secretary of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment Ministry and other high officials from respective organizations were also present.
On time services will start operational activities by June 2019 from three of its offices in Dhaka, Chattogram and Syhlet.
The UAE ambassador said, the bilateral relations among the two countries to continue for long. The onTime services will help visa seekers every services.
Sayeed Mohammad Al Mehri said, the services of the agency will be useful for every stakeholder.
Officials said, OnTime Government Services operate from more than 27 service centers across the UAE, dedicated to providing friendly, efficient and regulated government services in one stop locations.
In a bid to eliminate corruption and human trafficking, OnTime Goverment Services is now expanding its expertise to Bangladesh. Three exclusive branches have been penned, where customers, migrants, business people and recruitment agents can utilise the visa, medical, licensing, pre orientation and ticketing services in a fully compliant and approved environment.
In an aim to support migration, OnTime will support government and one stop services for Bangladesh where visa costs and migration overseas will be capped and fees publicly advertised so migrants are not exploited.
Medicals will be one time only to be processed at the OnTime centres reducing processing time for workers. OnTime will be working closely with Government, Embassies, Baira, Bureau of Manpower, Ministry of Expatriates and Recruitment Agencies to ensure seamless recruitment processes are followed.
Furthermore, to support Tawjeeh, OnTime will provide pre departure orientation and approved certification which will provide comfort and security for both receiving and source countries in an aim to educate migrants regarding local laws, religion and culture.
OnTime will also to provide business licenses on premise with direct Visa applications without the need for business applicants to travel, reducing costs, (hotel, valuable time, flights) and processing times.
