Two people have been injured after the gas cylinder of a car exploded at a refuelling station in Chittagong. The incident took place at Khulshi Filling Station around 1:30pm on Sunday, witnesses say. Two of the injured have been hospitalised. One of the victims has been named Mohammad Yusuf, 32, a staff of the gas station. The others could not be identified immediately. Md Sumon, an employee of the filling station, told bdnews24.com, “There was a big explosion while the car was being refuelled. The CNG cylinder of the car burst out of the car’s rear end.” There were three passengers in the car but they remained unscathed as they had got off the car during the refuelling.
