Kishoreganj District Administration conducted a drive at Bara Bazar (Abu Tahe Market) in the town on Tuesday noon.
In the drive , the mobile court on Tuesday noon sentences two polythene traders to one year jailed and fined Tk. 20 thousand .
The convicted men are Md. Mujibur Rahman (45) of Mujib Traders and Jony Miah (30) of Gazi Market (Bara Bazar) was fined .
Kishoreganj District Administration including DNCRP and Environment Department conducted drives at Taher Charimana Market, Bara Baar in the town on Tuesday noon led by Executive Magistrate Md Galib Mahamud and Magistrate Hafsa Sadia and recovered 3000 kgs polythene.
DNCRP Assistant Director Ridoy Ronjon Bonik, CAB District President Alam Sarowar Tito and RAB- 14, Kishoreanj Acting Commonder Chandan Devnath and others law enforcers agencies were also present. Convicted Mujibur was sent to Kishoreganj district jail.
